We also subscribe to your calendars to pull all updates using webhooks, which may occur without your active knowledge each time.

Your data is stored and used to generate available time slots and show contact emails for invitations.

We do not create any derivative data or profiles based on your information.

4. Data Storage

All user data is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform, protected with AES-256 encryption.

While we do not currently have an automatic deletion or anonymization process in place, we are committed to protecting your data for as long as it is under our care.

5. Data Transmission

Data transmitted between Calfrenzy and third-party integrations like Google and Microsoft is secured using the HTTPS protocol and TLS.

• Availability status

This information is not used beyond scheduling logic and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

14.3 Google Contacts

If connected, we access your contact list (names and email addresses) to simplify sending invitations and autocomplete fields when creating events. This data is accessed on-demand and is not stored beyond the session unless explicitly saved as part of an event.
